Students must provide proof of registration as full time students for 2018/19

On-line registration will be available until November 22, 2018. Thereafter, please register at the registration desk at the conference venue.
Registration at the conference will require a surcharge of $60.

Royal Hotel rooms are a little smaller than Ramada Hotel rooms. The hotels are connected internally. All sessions will take place in the Ramada Hotel.

There are a limited number of packages and hotel rooms available which will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

Official check-in time for hotels is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Check-in on Saturday from 18:30.

The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.


Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax.

Cancellations received:

– before August 30, 2018 – full refund less $60
– before September 25, 2018 – full refund less $200
– before November 10, 2018 – full refund less $350
– after November 10, 2018 – No refund

Refunds will be processed after the conference.
