Royal Hotel rooms are a little smaller than Ramada Hotel rooms. The hotels are connected internally. Sessions will take place in the Ramada Hotel.

There are a limited number of hotel rooms available which will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

Official check-in time for hotels is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Check-in on Saturday from 18:30.

The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax.

Registration cancellations:
before September 15, 2018 – full refund less $60
between September 15, 2018 and November 10, 2018 – 60% refund
after November 10, 2018 – no refund

Hotel cancellations:
before October 25, 2018 – full refund less $50
between October 25, 2018 and November 10, 2018 – one night cancellation fee
after November 10, 2018 – no refund

Tours may not be canceled after November 10, 2018.

Refunds will be processed after the conference.
